Meet our dedicated Director of Nursing, Diana Potts, whose inspiring journey in healthcare spans various roles, from paramedic to nursing. Diana's educational journey includes obtaining her master's degree in Healthcare Administration this December. Despite her impressive credentials, she remains hands-on, often found on the floor assisting and engaging with both staff and residents.

In her dynamic role, Diana fosters a culture of appreciation within her nursing team, frequently expressing gratitude and rewarding them with thoughtful gifts. Beyond administrative duties, she actively participates in resident activities, dancing during parties, assisting with wardrobe choices, and creating a lively atmosphere. Her genuine connection with residents extends to her personal life, where she enjoys quality time with her family, attending concerts and festivals, and crafting in her spare moments.



Diana's impact is felt deeply by staff and residents alike. She ensures that everyone feels heard, addressing concerns with empathy and taking the time to understand their needs. Her involvement and genuine care have set her apart, earning admiration from her team and making her an invaluable asset to Salem Woods.
